Jeezy will perform in Louisville, KY at Cole’s Place in June

(Louisville KY) On Friday, June 10th at 11:30 pm, Grammy-nominated and Def Jam artist Jeezy will perform at Cole’s Place, 2928 W. Kentucky Street.  The multi-platinum performing artist released his latest album, Church in the Streets in November 2015.  Two of the songs off the cd “Gold Bottles” and “Sweet Life” featuring Janelle Monae is Jeezy’s latest hits.

Jeezy has also worked with Jay-Z, Kanye West, Future, Usher and Ludacris to name a few.

Jeezy also known as “The Snowman” for his smooth and “cold” rap lyrics is hoping to help put a freeze on the recent violence in communities across the country as well as Louisville.  Crime is up in the City of Louisville at least 40 percentage and the sad number continues to increase.

Anthony “AT” Easley, one of the organizers of the concert says “Violence has no age, race, sex or economic status every community is affected in some way.  Instead of trying to ignore it many want to be a part of the positive solution and not the problem.  We need to learn to work together and become good role models for our youth”.

The Jeezy concert was made possible due to the support of Easley, Keys2Ky.com, Bryan G. Henry of BHen Entertainment, Cole’s Place, Mr. Cole and Lil Cole.

Tickets for the Friday, June 10th event is $40 for general admission and $60 for VIP.  You can purchase them on Eventbrite at Jeezyville.eventbrite.com or at Better Days West in Lyles Mall, 2600 W. Broadway. If you would like to be a sponsor contact Easley at 614-0429.
