From the office of the Miss Kentucky Scholarship Organization:

The young women that represent the Miss Kentucky Scholarship Organization and the Commonwealth of Kentucky are held to a high standard.  They not only represent the organization and the state, but their families and the communities in which they live.

The Miss Kentucky Scholarship Organization does not approve of the alleged behavior which led to the legal allegations and recent arrest of Ramsey Carpenter Bearse.
