THEY WILL PARK AT SEVERAL SHELTERS AND FEED THE HOMELESS
(Louisville, KY) THE FLEUR DE FLEA, one of Louisville’s largest outdoor flea markets announces a new event where you can enjoy great food that will tickle your palette with a southern flair along with some great local entertainment. You are invited to come down to Waterfront Park in downtown Louisville for the inaugural FOODIE FLEA. The event will be held on Saturday, April 14th from 11:00 am-5:00 pm and admission is FREE.
Then on Sunday, April 15th from 12:00 pm to 3:00 pm many of the food trucks that participated in the FOODIE FLEA will park at various shelters throughout the city to feed the homeless as part of Mayor Greg Fischer’s “Give A Week”, a Week of Service where the community keeps a tally of their acts of compassion
The FOODIE FLEA, with over 25 of Louisville’s Finest Food trucks will be held in conjunction with THE FLEUR DE FLEA.
Three local craft breweries: Great Flood, Apocalypse and Country Boy will be sponsoring the event and serving their local beer all day.
