She just received the Ultimate Icon Award during the BET Awards causing a social media frenzy.  All the superstar did was walk on the stage and before she could say a word she was trending.  Music icon, multiple Grammy Award winner and multi-platinum selling artist Janet Jackson will start her North American “Unbreakable World Tour”.

The first leg of the tour will cover 36 dates throughout the U.S. and Canada starting August 31^st.

The Gary, Indiana native is one of the most influential entertainers of the modern era.  In the first round of dates, Ohio is the closest veue to see the superstar.  So, on Saturday, September 12^th, Jackson will be at the PNC Pavillion in Cincinnati at 8pm.

If you can’t get a ticket for that show, you may have to wait until January of 2016.  Due to the overwhelming response, Jackson added 27 additional dates and our neighbors in Lexington made that list.  So, save the date of Saturday, January 30, 2016 for Rupp Arena.
